We are liaising with the developer to encourage them to finish off our roads and pavements and have them adopted by Warwickshire County Council at the earliest opportunity.

We are working with the developer to ensure landscaping issues are resolved. In an audit carried out by the Association in the summer of 2024 around 40% of trees and shrubs were missing or dead.

Shipston on Stour is built on Blue Warwickshire Clay and consequently surface water drainage can be an issue. We are seeking to ensure that any known problems on our developments are adequately addressed by the developer.

We think Shipston on Stour is a great place to live. We want The Herdwicks to have a great community spirit. To that end we will work with residents to build good relationships and deliver on-site community events.
